Trudon Josephine Great Candle: Is like the muffled light of dawn slipping through the flower beds. A fine shadow sneaks among the roses, jasmine, camellia and irises. With her delicate green thumb, she awakens the dazzling fragrances with an imperial destiny. Fragrance Notes: Head: kaffir lime, spices. Heart: Egyptian jasmine, Chinese Camellia. Bottom: sandalwood, white musks, iris.
It is impressive: with 5 wicks, the Great Candle can be staged inside as well as outside. Sculptural, it loves the sight of a grand staircase or jardin à la française. They are manufactured at the Trudon workshop in Normandy, France, using unrivaled know-how inherited from master candle makers.
Candle Care
First Burn
- Allow wax to melt to the full edge of the vessel before extinguishing
- Burn for at least 2 hours on first use
- This prevents tunneling and sets the candle's memory
Every Burn
- Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting
- Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts, vents, and moving air
When Not in Use
- Replace the lid or cover to protect from dust
- Store away from direct sunlight — UV fades fragrance and finish
- Discontinue use when ¼ inch of wax remains at the bottom
