Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Candle Delirium! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 9-21 business days from the date of your order for processing and fulfillment. This does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

If we anticipate delays beyond 21 business days, we will notify you by email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Contiguous U.S. (48 States)

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more (before tax)

Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, based on your location and order contents.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands

Due to high shipping costs, we do not offer flat-rate shipping to these areas. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

P.O. Boxes & Military APO/FPO

These addresses will ship via USPS. Please note: USPS delivery to these locations may take up to 4 weeks.

3. Rush & Express Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options to select locations:

  • Next Day Air

  • 2nd Day Air

  • 3 Day Select

⚠️ These services are calculated from the ship date, not the date of order placement. Business days only - weekends and holidays are excluded.

You can select these options at checkout, if available for your area.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your shipment using the tracking link provided or directly at www.ups.com or your carrier's website.

5. Shipping Disclaimer

Once a package has been marked "delivered" by the carrier, Candle Delirium is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damage occurring after delivery

To help protect your shipment:

  • Ship to a secure location (like a business or address where someone is available)

  • Use delivery alerts or request delivery to a carrier pickup point

  • Contact the carrier directly if your package is lost or stolen after delivery

6. International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. 

International Orders

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and carrier fees are the customer's responsibility

  • Delivery timelines vary and may be extended due to customs clearance

  • We do not offer exchanges on international orders

  • International sale items are final sale
