Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange products within 30 days of the order date, provided that:

Items are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition

Items are returned in original packaging, with all labels and materials

A copy of the invoice is included
Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, please:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways (unless returning a damaged or incorrect item)

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service

Candle Delirium is not responsible for items lost in return transit

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Return the original item using the process above

Once we receive and approve your return, place a new order for the replacement item

All shipping costs are your responsibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

We may request a photo of the damage for verification

We will replace damaged items with the same product only

In these cases, we will cover original and return shipping
Gift Returns
Items received as a gift may be:

Exchanged for store credit only

Must be in new, resalable condition

Must be returned within 30 days of the original order date
We may request proof of original purchase date for processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

International Orders
