What the Delirium Standard Means
Candle Delirium has shipped luxury candles from the same West Hollywood address since 2003, and every order is packed by the same team that runs the floor. The Delirium Standard is our name for how that should feel: policies written in plain language, numbers we actually hit, and a person who answers when something goes wrong. "Curation gets a candle onto our shelf. The Standard is what happens after you buy it." That is founder Anthony Carro’s bar for the store, and this page holds us to it in writing.

How Your Order Ships
Orders ship from the West Hollywood store, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Every candle is wrapped, cushioned, and boxed by people who know exactly how a heavy glass vessel travels. Carrier options and delivery timing live on our shipping policy page.

If It Arrives Broken, That Is Ours to Fix
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, attach a photo, and we handle the rest: shipping both ways on us, a replacement of the same product on the way, or a full refund if it has sold out. No forms, no debate, no restocking math.

Returns, Refunds, and the Fees We Do Not Charge
Unused candles in original packaging return within 30 days, and there are no restocking fees, ever. Refunds land on your original payment method within 10 business days of the box reaching us. You cover return postage on standard returns; we cover everything when the mistake is ours. Sale items are final, and gifts exchange for store credit. How We Make It Right
A Human Answers, Seven Days a Week
Phone and email are answered 7 days a week, 12 to 6 PM PST, by the same people who stock the shelves: 1-888-656-3903 and cs@candledelirium.com. Shipping, Breakage, and Returns: Quick Answers
Unused candles in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the return arriving, and there are no restocking fees on anything. Start a return by emailing cs@candledelirium.com with your order number.
Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Candle Delirium covers shipping both ways and replaces the item with the same product, or refunds you in full if it is no longer available.
Customers cover return shipping on standard returns, and we recommend a trackable, insured service. When an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the original and return shipping ourselves.
No. Sale and discounted items are final sale, along with gift cards, opened or used products, and custom pieces. Sale pieces are priced to move and cannot be restocked once they leave the store, which is why the rule stays firm.
No. There are no restocking fees on any return, ever. The refund you are quoted is the refund you receive, minus nothing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving at the West Hollywood store. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
