Baobab Collection Candles

Most luxury candles are gone in two months of regular use. Baobab candles burn considerably longer. The difference is architectural: wide-diameter vessels poured with mineral wax sourced from Germany, topped with multiple wicks distributed across the surface. The glass is mouth-blown in Poland, which means slight variations in tint and texture that make each vessel its own object. The fragrances are developed in Grasse, the same region supplying the world's great perfume houses, and formulated to fill larger spaces than a standard single-wick candle.

The scent range draws from cultures across the world. Black Pearls, the collection's signature, layers black rose over ginger into something dark and precise. Arabian Nights opens with saffron, oud, and incense, the kind of fragrance that announces itself from the hallway. Aurum takes the opposite direction: jasmine and soft musk, quiet and warm. If you are starting with Baobab candles, Black Pearls is where most of our customers begin. We also carry a full range of large candles and other European luxury originals like Trudon candles.

We started stocking Baobab Collection at our West Hollywood shop because nothing in the luxury candle market was doing this at scale: candles built to outlast any other brand on your shelf, in vessels that survive the wax. After the last burn, the glass becomes a vase, a container, something that lives on the shelf for years. We have customers who collect across every scent and still display their earliest purchases. The fragrances are the serious part, but the object is what keeps people coming back.
