Anthony Carro

FOUNDER

Anthony Carro has a strong background in corporate finance and accounting. Prior to opening Candle Delirium, he managed the accounting departments for several New York-based multi-national entertainment companies including Virgin-EMI Music and Time-Warner.

Carro’s impetus for opening Candle Delirium was simple: he wanted to offer the best candle lines from New York to Paris in an enchanting shopping experience that is rivaled by no other retail space in Los Angeles. He hand selected the world’s finest candles and assembled a must-have collection of lanterns, sconces, holders and everyday candle accessories. Designed by Carro, the interior of Candle Delirium is clad with an eclectic forest fantasy theme, complete with a thirty foot sculpted metal tree and flowing water in the entry sequence, metal vines “growing” along the walls, birch trees “growing” out of the shelves and twigs and branches affixed to overhead light fixtures, giving the appearance of sunlight filtering through trees overhead.

A native of New York, Carro graduated Cum Laude from Pace University with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in corporate finance and accounting.
