Love, love, love your products, your customer service and your free and fast shipping. I will only buy my candles from you and now I have my entire office converted. We are lighting candles all day long. Makes our day so much more pleasant. I had a lighter that did not work and you replaced it as if you were the Nordstroms of candles. Just to let you know that I received my most recent candle order today. I am SOOOO PLEASED ! I know you think that I must have lost my mind but I am such a CANDLE FANATIC (smile) ! Candles have a way of centering me whether it's morning, midday, or night. They create such a tranquil mood, and help to relieve stress for me. The GODIVA candles that I ordered previously, and the ones I recently ordered are just TOO FABULOUS ! I am totally enjoying ALL of the various brands that I have selected. Hi there, I do hope you email this to your chairman because you are the ambassadors of goodwill. In my first order with you, I mentioned how I was buying one candle as an experiment but because of $20 price points, didn't want to experiment with more than one choice. I asked if there were any samples to try so that I can choose effectively. As a writer, candles are essential in setting the mood and sparking creativity which is why I"m so particular. Each room has a specific scent and mood. Thymes Frasier Fur for den with roaring fire, Archipelago Havana for kitchen and soups, Archipelago Luna for writing at my desk...Bought Archipelago's Enfluerage in hopes it will be great for writing as well.. You not only responded but sent me a tester candle - a lovely soy candle. I was so touched and so appreciative about these efforts that I want you to know you have a customer for life.. I think it really is true. No act of kindness, however small, is wasted. Thank you for making my day...
