In the early 20th century, François Coty created a singular fragrance he called Chypre – French for Cyprus, the Mediterranean island where he had found the spectrum of fruits, blossoms and woodsy aromas whose combination would soon become part of his famous Parisian perfume collection. Seda France Plum Chypre candle echoes that spirit with their own lush layering of tart fruits – pomegranate, red raspberry and currant – along with floral freesia and jasmine, and a warm-yet-spicy finale of exotic woods, patchouli leaves and pink peppercorns.
