Amouage candles are produced in France by master candle-makers established since the early 18th century. They are formulated from a special blend of the best paraffin wax to withstand particularly high temperatures in warmer climates and to diffuse the strongest possible scent. You will have a generous 40 hours to enjoy and experience these wonderful fragrances. The Amouage candle glass holders are made from the finest Italian glass with a delicate frosting and are suitable for use as drinking vessels once the wax has burnt through. As a nod to their heritage, the design on the glass incorporates into the logo the star followed by the Three Kings on their journey to Bethlehem.

Amouage was founded 25 years ago by His highness Sayyid Hamad bin Hamoud al bu Said on the request of His majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, the ruler of the sultanate of Oman, to reflect the wonderful traditions of his country for creating the finest perfumes and giving them as gifts to honored guests.  It was also their intention to tell the world about the ingredients particularly found in Oman-the exceptional frankincense and the rare rock rose. Today the house is led by its Chairman, Sayyid Khalid bin Hamoud al bu Said, a son of the founder, who is dedicated to taking Amouage to even greater international success and developing exciting new products without compromising on quality. In 2008, Amouage celebrates its 25th Anniversary and this has been a pertinent time to update the brand's identity; reflecting the tastes and needs of the contemporary consumer, aiming to build on the brand's success and forming a bridge between the past and the future without forgetting their Omani roots.
